Partner with field Sales to enable purchases of Cadwell products
Professionally handle incoming requests, inquiries and orders from customers and field Sales
Develop price quotes; process orders/changes/returns in accordance with procedures
Work with multiple Cadwell departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
Demonstrate professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented approach when interacting with customers and co-workers
Stay current on Cadwell products and software and remain proficient on internal systems
Provide backup assistance to receptionist as needed
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
Work assigned hours of 8:00am-5:00pm CST (remote)
Requirements
Associate degree in related field, or 2 years of related education/experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales or other relevant experience required
Pleasant, positive, patient, and helpful customer service skills
Communicate clearly and professionally through listening, speaking, and writing skills
Strong business math skills; read and interpret data and reports
Computer skills: MS Office and Google applications, query tools, and database systems and applications
Complete work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed
Must develop knowledge of Cadwell product lines and how they are used by clinicians, and know what questions to ask in order to be effective in assisting customers
Attention to detail, organized approach to work, effective time management and follow-through
