• Partner with marketing teammates, product managers, software UI/UX designer, IT, support contractors, sales teams, and regulatory affairs to develop, maintain and support a robust brand guideline.
• Ensure all marketing materials and digital campaigns comply with medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, EU MDR) and industry standards, collaborating with regulatory affairs teams as needed.
• Develop and report a measurement system to capture results of key digital campaigns and inform future marketing efforts.
• Adapt digital marketing campaigns and brand guidelines for international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with regional regulations.
• Design and produce a wide range of digital marketing materials across multiple platforms (web, social, email) that adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual style, typography, and color palette across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all web content is visually appealing, well-organized, and optimized for digital consumption.
• Implement SEO best practices for website content and digital assets to improve organic search rankings.
• Assist with keyword research, industry trends and competitive analysis.
• Leverage AI tools for personalization and targeting in digital marketing campaigns to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals and optimize lead generation efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including AI, and explore how they can be applied to enhance marketing strategies, improve campaign performance, and drive innovation.

Graphic Designer – Digital Marketing Manager

Inside Sales

• Proactively contact customers who recently purchased Cadwell medical devices or have expiring support agreements via targeted cold calls and emails to secure CadCare contracts.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
• Professionally present CadCare support contracts, articulating their value to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Stay informed on Cadwell’s CadCare offerings, medical device industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Account Executive

• Assist existing and new customers with the purchasing of supplies and accessories
• Actively promote and expand sales of Cadwell supplies and accessories by contacting existing and potential customers; Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and Internet research
• Professionally handle incoming requests, inquiries and orders from customers
• Work with multiple Cadwell departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented approach when interacting with customers and co-workers
• Develop price quotes; process orders/changes/returns, in accordance with procedures
• Stay current on Cadwell products and software, and proficient on use of internal systems

Electrodes Inside Sales Representative

Recruitment

• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Executes proactive outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Indeed, personal networks, referrals) to build qualified candidate pipelines
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

Talent Sourcer

Customer Support

• Partner with field Sales to enable purchases of Cadwell products
• Professionally handle incoming requests, inquiries and orders from customers and field Sales
• Develop price quotes; process orders/changes/returns in accordance with procedures
• Work with multiple Cadwell departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
• Demonstrate professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented approach when interacting with customers and co-workers
• Stay current on Cadwell products and software and remain proficient on internal systems
• Provide backup assistance to receptionist as needed
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
• Work assigned hours of 8:00am-5:00pm CST (remote)

Sales Support Representative

• The Recruiter will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. This role could be onsite, hybrid or remote position based out of company headquarters in Kennewick, WA.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and sourcing candidates
• Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions
• Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace
• Identifies appropriate candidates (through sourcing methods and applicants) and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications
• Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications
• Setting up and following up with background checks for new hires and potentially annual checks for various positions
• Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs
• Coordinates travel arrangements for candidates and new hires
• Is involved in setting up initial data for new employees and submitting information for employee changes for promotions, transfers, etc.
• Involved in delivering and improving new hire onboarding/orientation for new hires and communicating changes with various channels within and outside HR
• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment and hiring practices, as well ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations
