Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver regulatory compliant, high-quality product installation and customer training.
Coordinate with Customer Implementation Team to create Implementation Plans.
Execute technical installation activities including equipment assembly and software configuration.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards during installation activities.
Document and escalate installation issues as necessary.
Participate in Technical Implementation Team Meetings to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will be considered.
Approximately 3+ years of experience performing technical installation, field service or complex equipment deployment in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, MDR, etc.) is preferred.
Background in medical devices, healthcare technology, or complex equipment installations is preferred.
Previous experience with installation management applications, CRM systems, and analytics tools is preferred.
