- The Implementation Program/Project Manager – Healthcare supports the implementation, execution, and performance of one or more client-driven initiatives, ensuring project deliverables, schedules, and contract performance align with project objectives.
- Provides reporting and insights to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with contract and regulatory requirements.
- This role solves complex challenges and drives innovative solutions to achieve desired results.
- This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field with 12–15 years minimum experience; or a Master's degree with 10–13 years minimum experience
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a government or healthcare setting
- Proven ability to develop project plans, track deliverables, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools and reporting dashboards
- Experience ensuring contract compliance and navigating regulatory or government reporting requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including leading meetings and delivering updates to clients or executives
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for continuous project improvement
- Experience overseeing teams, coordinating cross-functional resources, and adapting to evolving project needs
