About the role

  • Manage the selection process schedule daily to shorten time from first conversation to recruitment completion and ensure rapid progression of recruitment stages.
  • Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources.
  • Support Talent Acquisition and hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate communication, scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback.
  • Manage interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with generating reports or tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure alignment and smooth recruitment operations.
  • Support recruitment-related projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support role (preferably in-house).
  • Strong skills in interview scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to support end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate communication, interview logistics, and hiring operations.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good relationship management and collaborative skills when working with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Adaptable and proactive in supporting recruiting priorities and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
