Manage the selection process schedule daily to shorten time from first conversation to recruitment completion and ensure rapid progression of recruitment stages.
Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources.
Support Talent Acquisition and hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, candidate communication, scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback.
Manage interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers.
Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with generating reports or tracking recruitment metrics.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure alignment and smooth recruitment operations.
Support recruitment-related projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support role (preferably in-house).
Strong skills in interview scheduling and coordination across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.
Ability to support end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate communication, interview logistics, and hiring operations.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good relationship management and collaborative skills when working with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Adaptable and proactive in supporting recruiting priorities and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
