About the role
- Run year-round recruitment and deliver an outstanding candidate experience, including managing agency partners.
- Execute and manage performance review cycles and follow-through.
- Operationalize our compensation and bonus/equity frameworks.
- Drive onboarding practices across teams.
- Launch and track pulse surveys to strengthen feedback culture.
- Finalize culture codification (values, rituals, playbooks).
- Oversee and execute people projects to keep us running smoothly.
- Work in sprints with the founders and leadership team to improve people stream at Goodwall.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in process oriented, people, roles at high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Strong track record in internal operations, performance management, and compensation processes.
- Experience working with agencies, headhunters, and external partners.
- A builder–finisher mindset: detail-oriented, pragmatic, and focused on getting things over the line.
- Excellent communicator who can work directly with founders, leadership and cross-functionally.
- Passion for people, culture, and impact-driven work.
