About the role

  • Run year-round recruitment and deliver an outstanding candidate experience, including managing agency partners.
  • Execute and manage performance review cycles and follow-through.
  • Operationalize our compensation and bonus/equity frameworks.
  • Drive onboarding practices across teams.
  • Launch and track pulse surveys to strengthen feedback culture.
  • Finalize culture codification (values, rituals, playbooks).
  • Oversee and execute people projects to keep us running smoothly.
  • Work in sprints with the founders and leadership team to improve people stream at Goodwall.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in process oriented, people, roles at high-growth startups or scale-ups.
  • Strong track record in internal operations, performance management, and compensation processes.
  • Experience working with agencies, headhunters, and external partners.
  • A builder–finisher mindset: detail-oriented, pragmatic, and focused on getting things over the line.
  • Excellent communicator who can work directly with founders, leadership and cross-functionally.
  • Passion for people, culture, and impact-driven work.
