About the role
- Deliver strategic thinking across clients and support planning teams
- Evolve and deliver proprietary planning proposition, Move, for the agency
- Create category defining, award worthy media strategies
- Be a consistent point of contact for clients and offer ongoing expertise and direction in all things strategy
- Build strong, influential client relationships and maintain counsel even when not part of the core account team
- Lead from the front, role modelling Goodstuff values and inspiring agency mission
- Identify opportunities for commercial growth linked to strategy and strategic projects for clients
- Strategic lead on new business pitches, including presenting in pitch meetings
- Develop strong, insight driven views and recommendations
- Effectively link strategic thinking with implementation and investment
Requirements
- Experience working as a Strategist in a media agency
- Able to craft and tell a compelling story and ‘sell’ ideas
- Skillful communicator who listens well
- Demonstrates curiosity and a passion for learning and challenge
- Passionate about ideas
- Able to think around problems and get to inventive solutions
