About the role
- Support the organization, achieve its strategic objectives by ensuring business readiness for change.
- Identify and analyze business impacts and opportunities necessitating change.
- Develop business readiness strategies for successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns regarding changes.
- Review readiness plans and reports with change delivery managers for timely completion.
- Provide guidance and support to assist business stakeholders in implementing change initiatives successfully.
Requirements
- Proven experience in change delivery, ideally within a digital or transformation context.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, technology, and supplier domains.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo.
- Exposure to procurement supply chain processes and technologies.
- Understanding of complex organisational dynamics and experience working in matrix environments.
