About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the EMEA Sales Team on deal structure, pricing governance, and general deal process and policy.
  • Oversee day-to-day Deal Desk activities, ensuring timely and reliable support for Sales and Customer Success teams across new business, expansion, and renewals.
  • Act as a primary liaison for escalations and approvals involving Legal, Accounting, Finance, and RevOps, ensuring cross-functional alignment on non-standard terms.
  • Oversee order form customizations, special terms, and accuracy to ensure contractual compliance. Partner with Sales Operations and Legal to maintain standards across contracting touchpoints.
  • Provide ad hoc sales operations support, which may include making changes within Salesforce or other sales operations systems, navigating dashboards, and running reports.

Requirements

  • Have 4+ years experience working in SaaS and high-growth companies, specifically in Deal Desk and/or Sales Operations role(s).
  • Have experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (required), DocuSign, and Ironclad CLM.
  • Have experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, and Legal teams to structure customer pricing and related documents during both the pre and post sales process.
  • Possess a knowledge of general sales operations systems and processes, advanced approvals, discounting, and working with several stakeholders to gain consensus on deal structure.
  • Have knowledge of or interest in web design, development, or Webflow products is a huge plus!
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.
