• Own the customer relationship post-launch: Become the primary point of contact once live and run a structured operating cadence.
• Drive adoption and outcomes: Ensure usage, engagement, and program performance are moving in the right direction.
• Run day-to-day service with high standards: Manage requests, unblock friction, coordinate internal teams, and keep the customer confident.
• Lead renewals end to end: Own the renewal process, timeline, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and close.
• Deliver upsell growth: Expand the existing product footprint (volume, usage, geographies, terms) tied to value delivered.

Controller

• Fuel Goodstack’s success as we strive to make a lasting impact and transform nonprofits with cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Manage all day-to-day finance and accounting operations (payroll, treasury, debtors, payables, revenue recognition, managing cash flow).
• Deliver impactful reporting, with the provision of monthly management accounts, including review of all journal entries and analysis of forecast variances.
• Provide operational finance support as needed across budgeting, cash flow, and reporting for internal use and external fundraising.
• Overseeing and reviewing the work of outsourced bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and compliance, while also supporting and maintaining a steady workflow pipeline for them.
• Help design, implement, and optimise financial operation processes, systems, and controls to support the growth of the business and ensure compliance is adhered to.
• Handle all statutory reporting, payroll, VAT, and R&D tax credits.
• Manage our Intercompany, International Tax, and Audit requirements.
• Manage Bi-annual share options grants and general company secretarial matters, including cap table management.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build and maintain the company's financial model, revenue, cost, headcount, and cash, with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Own the annual budget and rolling forecast process, working with all business functions to set and track targets.
• Produce monthly budget vs actuals variance analysis with clear commentary and insight for the leadership team and board.
• Develop business line P&Ls to give the business visibility into how each product and segment is performing.
• Build and own the investor-ready financial narrative and supporting materials for fundraising and M&A processes.

• Engage with nonprofits to build a deep understanding of their problems.
• Day to day, you will be expected to write code and be involved in planning, product, and delivery, making full use of AI tools such as Claude Code.
• Be involved on a highly technical level, helping to establish and build best practices regarding technologies used.
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
