Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own day-to-day go-to-market messaging across products, launches, and campaigns, ensuring everything feels cohesive, modern, and outcome-oriented.
- Translate product innovation and customer use cases into compelling narratives across email, social, website, landing pages, and sales collateral.
- Drive end-to-end launch and campaign execution across multiple channels, moving quickly from idea to market.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, leadership, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.
- Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks across Goodstack’s enterprise and nonprofit solutions.
- Create and evolve sales enablement materials, customer proof points, and use-case narratives.
- Shape Goodstack’s nonprofit ecosystem positioning and community storytelling alongside the Product and Engineering teams.
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to increase speed, scale, quality, and campaign execution efficiency across the marketing function.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-8 years in product marketing, go-to-market, content marketing, or strategic marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, impact tech, or AI-native companies.
- Experience launching products or integrated campaigns at high velocity.
- Exceptional storytelling and messaging instincts; you can simplify complex products into clear, compelling customer value.
- A bias for execution: you own projects end-to-end, move fast across multiple workstreams, and sweat the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Experience building and running integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and sales channels.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to think across both enterprise GTM and community/ecosystem narratives.
- Deep fluency in AI tools and an AI-native way of working. You think in systems, move fast, and use AI as a force multiplier, not a nice-to-have.
