Process legal invoices in accordance with internal policies and billing guidelines and assist with eBilling platform management (Legal Tracker), matter creation, reporting and onboarding.
Prepare and analyze reports on legal spend, accruals, budgets and matter-level cost tracking; collaborate with Finance to support budgeting, accrual tracking and forecasting.
Maintain and optimize legal technology tools, including contract lifecycle management, matter management and eBilling; support data entry, permissions, workflow configuration, onboarding, troubleshooting and basic training.
Monitor shared legal operations inboxes and respond to internal and external inquiries; handle ad hoc requests and contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support cross-functional legal and compliance projects, tracking timelines, deliverables and dependencies and assist with change management initiatives.
Create and maintain legal department resources including document repositories, trackers and dashboards.
Requirements
2- 4 years of experience in legal operations, corporate legal departments, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal tech platforms (e.g., CLM, eBilling, task management tools).
Proven ability to take initiative as a self-starter and proactively identify and solve problems.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing as a team player.
