Attorney

• Process legal invoices in accordance with internal policies and billing guidelines and assist with eBilling platform management (Legal Tracker), matter creation, reporting and onboarding.
• Prepare and analyze reports on legal spend, accruals, budgets and matter-level cost tracking; collaborate with Finance to support budgeting, accrual tracking and forecasting.
• Maintain and optimize legal technology tools, including contract lifecycle management, matter management and eBilling; support data entry, permissions, workflow configuration, onboarding, troubleshooting and basic training.
• Monitor shared legal operations inboxes and respond to internal and external inquiries; handle ad hoc requests and contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support cross-functional legal and compliance projects, tracking timelines, deliverables and dependencies and assist with change management initiatives.
• Create and maintain legal department resources including document repositories, trackers and dashboards.
