About the role
- The Technology & Analytics Lead supports the Technical Program Management (TPM) function and collaborates with all Laboratory groups to ensure smooth execution of programs and commercial initiatives. This role focuses on tracking targets, analyzing performance, and facilitating communication across departments to drive operational efficiency and business growth. Working closely with Lab Services leadership, Business Development, Sales, and Finance, the Coordinator plays a key role in monitoring project performance, identifying process improvements, and providing the data and insights needed to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, project management or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in related field.
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft business applications.
- Experience managing or providing oversight for one or more complex programs required.
- Creative and innovative thinker, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams and to collaborate effectively to achieve common goals.
- Ability to understand the bigger picture and how people, processes, and technology connect.
