About the role
- Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content aligned with the brand’s voice and values.
- Maintain and segment the customer database to support targeted marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Work closely with eCommerce, product, and customer service teams to ensure campaigns support business objectives and reflect customer feedback.
- Liaise with external vendors and CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to enhance campaign performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance workflows, and introduce automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the creation and management of lifecycle marketing strategies, including welcome series, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior and recommend strategies to enhance retention and lifetime value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, email, or digital marketing (preferably in fashion or eCommerce).
- Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
- Experience with SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Attentive) and liaising with external vendors.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tableau (plus).
- Basic knowledge of HTML for email customization (bonus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Ability to be onsite four days a week in Los Angeles, CA.
