About the role

  • Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content aligned with the brand’s voice and values.
  • Maintain and segment the customer database to support targeted marketing efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with eCommerce, product, and customer service teams to ensure campaigns support business objectives and reflect customer feedback.
  • Liaise with external vendors and CRM platforms (Klaviyo, Attentive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to enhance campaign performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance workflows, and introduce automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the creation and management of lifecycle marketing strategies, including welcome series, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior and recommend strategies to enhance retention and lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM, email, or digital marketing (preferably in fashion or eCommerce).
  • Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
  • Experience with SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Attentive) and liaising with external vendors.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tableau (plus).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email customization (bonus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Alignment with Good American’s mission of empowering women and promoting inclusivity.
  • Ability to be onsite four days a week in Los Angeles, CA.
