Engage and acquire new residential customers through door-to-door sales (50+ knocks daily)
Sell GONETSPEED products and services including Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and DTV Streaming
Identify and target potential customers within designated towns/cities
Communicate and develop rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Maintain detailed knowledge of product features, benefits, pricing, and competitive differences
Evaluate individual customers' existing and potential product needs and make recommendations
Maintain sales production to meet or exceed individual quotas
Represent the company at community events in targeted markets
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work outside in any weather environment
Must be available to work between the hours of 10AM-7PM (40 hours per week)
Results-driven, self-motivated, able to work independently; excellent attendance required
Valid Driver’s license and personal vehicle required (local travel; Mileage Allowance provided)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with the telecommunications or broadband industry a plus
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments and manage projects effectively
Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand
Strong in-person communication skills for face-to-face cold selling
Bi-lingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus but not required
Must be able to read computer screens and various reports (75-100%)
Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with employees and business contacts (75-100%)
Must be able to write, type, and use phone system (75-100%)
Frequent standing, walking, and stair climbing required (75-100%)
Occasional stooping and kneeling required (25-49%)
Occasional lifting, pulling, and pushing required (25-49%)
