About the role
- Focus on building strong client partnerships by overseeing daily activities and guiding clients through onboarding, training, and adoption
- Develop and cultivate relationships that result in contract renewals and expansion
- Drive engaging and insightful quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that highlight value and progress
- Lead onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives to ensure clients achieve measurable success
- Manage renewals with a focus on retention and uncover opportunities for meaningful account growth
- Partner with Support and Product teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver exceptional solutions and support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing attentive, proactive day-to-day support
- Demonstrate and effectively present Aya Healthcare’s CoreHire software to healthcare organizations
- Serve as the advocate for clients to ensure satisfaction with all company services and products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS account management with ownership of renewals and expansions
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- Excellent oral, written communication and QBR facilitation skills
- Ability to leverage data to influence adoption and growth
- Proven self-starter with energy and motivation to find, develop, and close sales
- Must be results-oriented and driven by both financial and career opportunities
- Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers as well as executive level management
- Ability to establish cross functional and multi-level relationships with both internal team members and external customers
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize effectively
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
