About the role
- Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts
- Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales department
- Handle inbound prospects from a variety of marketing sources to include: TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail
- Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - no more cold calls
- Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
Requirements
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
- Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 40 WPM or more
- Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
- Ability to speak with prospects with confidence and multitask on systems
- Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a Persuasive personality
- High energy and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Comfortable working in a call center environment handling a high volume of phone conversations each day
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Availability to work weekends, if required
- Reliable personal transportation to get to and from work each day
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
