About the role

  • Field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts
  • Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales department
  • Handle inbound prospects from a variety of marketing sources to include: TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail
  • Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - no more cold calls
  • Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives

Requirements

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
  • Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 40 WPM or more
  • Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently
  • Ability to speak with prospects with confidence and multitask on systems
  • Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a Persuasive personality
  • High energy and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Comfortable working in a call center environment handling a high volume of phone conversations each day
  • Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
  • Availability to work weekends, if required
  • Reliable personal transportation to get to and from work each day
  • Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
