About the role
- Design and develop creative assets across all touchpoints including print collateral, retail POS, visual merchandising, packaging, web, digital, and social
- Create eye-catching in-store visuals, signage, and displays to elevate customer experience and drive retail engagement
- Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and retail teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling
- Work with external print and production partners to ensure flawless execution of physical assets
- Support campaign launches and BAU activity across OOH, events, press releases, in-store merchandising, CRM, web and digital ads
- Maintain brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
- Stay informed on design, retail, and beauty industry trends
- Report to the Lead Designer and support the growing Creative team
Requirements
- 3-5+ years’ experience in a design role, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing print design, web, and retail/VM execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of production processes, print finishes, and preparing artwork for print
- Proactive, well-organised self-motivator with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand identity
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
