About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer care experiences and develop strong customer relationships.
- Support customers with service orders and billing analysis.
- Offer creative resolutions and connect clients with appropriate products and services.
- Provide customer service for all customers and balance multiple, complex, time-sensitive duties.
- Interact with complex database and management systems supporting customers.
- Diffuse difficult customer situations and handle challenging interpersonal situations.
- Improve processes and maintain accurate data management and bookkeeping practices.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in direct or related industry.
- Associate degree in business or a combination of education and experience.
- Interact with complex database and management systems supporting customers.
- Very strong telecommunications skills; able to balance multiple, complex and time sensitive duties.
- Experience in dealing with challenging interpersonal situations using flexibility to create positive change.
- Strong face to face, written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience diffusing difficult customer situations.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and data management.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with experience improving processes.
