About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Coordinator to support our regulatory compliance efforts.
- This role is responsible for ensuring that our operations, policies, and procedures align with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and a passion for promoting ethical business practices.
- Key Responsibilities: Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the organization.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
- Coordinate internal audits and regulatory inspections; track and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including training, audits, and investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into daily operations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports as required.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related topics.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and advise leadership on potential impacts.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal support, or risk management.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, The Joint Commission, CMS, etc.).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in compliance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
