About the role
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the service delivery process, ensuring clear, proactive, and timely communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Billing, Accounting, Taxes) to ensure cohesive and smooth service delivery.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships; understand client goals and needs.
- Oversee and manage company incorporation process for clients.
- Monitor and track compliance deadlines (annual reports, federal reports) to minimize penalties.
- Advise clients on regulatory changes and ensure appropriate compliance actions.
- Assist in preparation and filing of incorporation and compliance documents.
- Coordinate periodic client check-in meetings and facilitate introduction to Tax Accountant for tax return preparation.
- Proactively engage current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities for additional solutions and compliance services.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify improvements and streamline procedures.
- Track service completion and follow up with clients to confirm delivery and timelines.
- Anticipate and address service delivery issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Educate business owners on compliance best practices and provide templates/training materials.
- Assist with administrative functions related to start-ups and support other departments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related field.
- Advanced level of English & Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working in a tax or accounting firm preferred but not required.
- Proven sales and retention experience; ability to identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services to current clients.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build/maintain positive client relationships.
