About the role

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the service delivery process, ensuring clear, proactive, and timely communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Billing, Accounting, Taxes) to ensure cohesive and smooth service delivery.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships; understand client goals and needs.
  • Oversee and manage company incorporation process for clients.
  • Monitor and track compliance deadlines (annual reports, federal reports) to minimize penalties.
  • Advise clients on regulatory changes and ensure appropriate compliance actions.
  • Assist in preparation and filing of incorporation and compliance documents.
  • Coordinate periodic client check-in meetings and facilitate introduction to Tax Accountant for tax return preparation.
  • Proactively engage current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities for additional solutions and compliance services.
  • Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify improvements and streamline procedures.
  • Track service completion and follow up with clients to confirm delivery and timelines.
  • Anticipate and address service delivery issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Educate business owners on compliance best practices and provide templates/training materials.
  • Assist with administrative functions related to start-ups and support other departments as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English & Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working in a tax or accounting firm preferred but not required.
  • Proven sales and retention experience; ability to identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services to current clients.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build/maintain positive client relationships.
  • Problem-solving & critical thinking skills.
  • Good decision-making and proactive communication skills.
  • Operational efficiency mindset and ability to streamline processes.
  • High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
