Account Executive

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the service delivery process, ensuring clear, proactive, and timely communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Billing, Accounting, Taxes) to ensure cohesive and smooth service delivery.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships; understand client goals and needs.
• Oversee and manage company incorporation process for clients.
• Monitor and track compliance deadlines (annual reports, federal reports) to minimize penalties.
• Advise clients on regulatory changes and ensure appropriate compliance actions.
• Assist in preparation and filing of incorporation and compliance documents.
• Coordinate periodic client check-in meetings and facilitate introduction to Tax Accountant for tax return preparation.
• Proactively engage current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities for additional solutions and compliance services.
• Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify improvements and streamline procedures.
• Track service completion and follow up with clients to confirm delivery and timelines.
• Anticipate and address service delivery issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Educate business owners on compliance best practices and provide templates/training materials.
• Assist with administrative functions related to start-ups and support other departments as required.

Sales Development Rep

• Promptly respond to and engage with inbound leads from multiple channels (website, WhatsApp, phone, live chat, forms)
• Conduct thorough lead qualification calls/communications using BANT criteria
• Build rapport and serve as the initial point of contact for prospects
• Nurture leads with follow-ups and relevant content until sales-ready
• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives with handover notes
• Accurately log all lead information, communications, and qualification details in CRM
• Provide feedback to marketing and sales to refine messaging and lead quality
• Collect market intelligence from inbound interactions on pain points, trends, and competitors
• Consistently meet or exceed targets for qualified leads, appointments set, and inbound conversion rates
