• Lead and conduct daily coaching sessions, role-plays, instant feedback, and hands-on support to sharpen the team's closing skills and service knowledge.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics to ensure individual and team sales meet or exceed established KPIs.
• Ensure response time to all leads in less than 60 seconds and actively review recurrent interactions with leads to provide immediate feedback.
• Ensure 100% CRM accuracy and audit lead statuses to ensure data integrity.
• Guarantee that no lead is left behind by enforcing strict follow-up protocols and identifying process improvements.
• Continuously identify points for improvement in the sales script and overall strategy to increase efficiency and win rates.
• Involved in the hiring process, onboarding and training new team members on sales processes and tools.
• Work closely with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality and streamline the overall sales flow.
• Maintain a consultative, client-first sales approach and support escalated cases when required.
• Support deal strategy and help close high-value accounts when needed.

Sales Manager

• Process Optimization: Continuously identify points for improvement in the sales script, lead hand-off process, and overall strategy to increase efficiency and win rates.
• New Team Members: You’ll be involved in the hiring process, onboarding and training new team members on sales processes and tools.
• Cross-Departmental Synergy: Work closely with Marketing and Operations to improve lead quality, tighten the feedback loop on lead sources, and streamline the overall sales flow.
• Client First: Maintain a high-standard, consultative, client-first sales approach and support escalated cases when required.
• Deal Strategy & Closing: Roll up your sleeves to support deal strategy and step in to help close high-value accounts when needed.

Video Editor

• Edit long-form YouTube videos (webinars, educational and business content).
• Structure videos to improve audience retention, watch time, and clarity.
• Add intros, outros, lower-thirds, captions, and on-screen graphics when needed.
• Apply color correction, audio optimization, and overall quality enhancements.
• Ensure visual consistency between videos and thumbnails to strengthen channel identity.
• Analyze YouTube trends and best practices to optimize CTR and retention.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align content with brand voice and goals.
• Deliver content on time and implement feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Guarantee delivery of 1 YouTube video per week (approx. 4 per month).

YouTube Video Editor – Freelance

• Edit and create short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Adapt existing video materials into engaging, platform-optimized short videos.
• Select impactful moments, structure content effectively, and ensure strong hooks and pacing.
• Apply captions, transitions, text overlays, motion graphics, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
• Optimize videos for each platform’s format, performance, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on content needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Deliver edited videos on time, incorporating feedback and revisions when needed.
• Deliver approximately 15 short-form videos per month.

Social Media Video Editor – Freelance

QA Automation Engineer

• Build and maintain browser-based bots (using Playwright or Puppeteer) to automate company registrations and document uploads on state websites.
• Create scrapers to pull company records from public databases and implement OCR tools (like AWS Textract) to extract data from government-issued certificates.
• Develop logic to turn raw data into clean, "Ready-to-Verify" documents (PDF/Word) for client approval.
• Design n8n workflows that connect our intake forms, CRM (HubSpot), and automation scripts into a single, cohesive engine.

• Company incorporation & Compliance: Incorporate companies, and help clients to maintain compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline procedures.
• Sales and Customer Retention: Proactively engage with current clients to ensure satisfaction, identify potential upsell opportunities, and retain long-term business relationships.
• Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve day-to-day operational challenges that may arise in service delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the service delivery process, ensuring clear and proactive communication until the service is successfully completed.
