• This role is designed for a media buyer ready to own performance marketing across multiple networks: Meta and direct buy ad networks.
• You’ll manage day-to-day budgets and testing on Meta Ads Manager while also building and scaling relationships with direct buy ad network partners such as Newsbreak, Next Door, and Quora etc.
• Your ability to move fluidly between platform-based paid social buying and hands-on network partner management will help diversify our acquisition mix and uncover new profitable revenue streams.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns, owning budgets and offers as assigned.
• Identify, test, and scale direct buy ad network partnerships (e.g., Newsbreak, Next Door, Quora, CPA Email, Email Remarketing)
• Build and nurture relationships with key contacts at direct buy ad network partners to negotiate favorable terms and unlock new placements.
• Develop and test ad creative across both Meta and direct buy networks to maximize revenue and ROI.
• Analyze performance data across both channels (spend, ROI, ROAS, CAC, CPA) and prepare regular reporting with clear, actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate tracking and reporting infrastructure, including pixel/S2S tracking, ad network macros, and fraud monitoring, to work around platform tracking limitations.
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, and Affiliate/Partnerships teams to brainstorm, launch, and iterate on new campaign concepts.
• Contribute to improving team workflows and campaign launch processes across both Meta and direct buy, providing feedback and supporting implementation of updates.
• Stay current on Meta platform changes, emerging direct buy network opportunities, paid media best practices, and competitor activity.

Media Buying Specialist – Meta, Direct Buy

General Counsel

• The Senior Vice President or Legal & Deputy General Counsel (SVP & DGC) will be responsible for leading the company's legal strategy and management in alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors on governance matters, risk oversight, and strategic initiatives.

• Support the Creative Production team with production assistant responsibilities across pre-production and shoot execution.
• Assist with production preparation, including equipment organization and shoot-day readiness.
• Support prop sourcing, inventory management, and production supply organization.
• Coordinate production runs and pickups as needed.
• Provide on-set support for crew, talent, and production staff.

Production Assistant Intern

Producer

• Manage and audit project request forms to ensure they are complete before assigning to the designers.
• Work cross-functionally to gather necessary details for new or incomplete projects in order for designers to complete their projects effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a centralized project tracker and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project timelines for all new and active design projects, including packaging, print, and digital–with an emphasis on packaging.
• Manage the project routing process to ensure projects are reviewed and approved in a thorough and timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with the Regulatory team to ensure all label claims, ingredient panels, and nutritional information comply with AAFCO and FDA guidelines, and are easily accessible to reference company-wide.
• Work with the Operations teams to align artwork delivery schedules with production and launch timelines.
• Manage all communications with our print vendors, including requesting dielines, sending final artwork files, and routing printer proofs.
• Work with the Creative Director to review digital and printed proofs for color and content accuracy in order to ensure all packaging and printed pieces are accurate and high quality.

Creative Strategist

• Write and direct video ads with the goal of selling products using a data-driven, test-and-learn approach.
• Come up with fresh and innovative concepts/angles for ads and write scripts.
• Direct actors and/or celebrity brand partners to elicit authentic and persuasive performances; Formulate and ask interview questions that elicit the most compelling soundbites.
• Work with videographers to gather video assets (i.e. identify needed video cover, set-up locations and direct videographers to shoot b-roll).
• Provide on-set leadership in collaboration with Production Supervisor, production team, and camera crew.
