About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Creative Production team with production assistant responsibilities across pre-production and shoot execution.
Assist with production preparation, including equipment organization and shoot-day readiness.
Support prop sourcing, inventory management, and production supply organization.
Coordinate production runs and pickups as needed.
Provide on-set support for crew, talent, and production staff.
Assist with set-up, breakdown, and general production logistics.
Support administrative tasks, including document organization and production paperwork.
Help track and organize production assets, supplies, and equipment inventory.
Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.
Perform additional production assistant duties as assigned.

Requirements
