Revenue Operations

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects involving Sales, Operations and, at times, Finance and Product/Tech teams
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from the Executive Committee (COMEX) to field operational teams
• Proactively identify friction points, conflicting objectives or organizational tensions and recommend clear trade-offs or resolutions
• Align teams around a shared vision for revenue and performance
• Define, structure and evolve end-to-end RevOps processes
• Ensure consistency between commercial, operational and financial objectives

• Preparation of various monthly filings (VAT, CVAE, C3S, DES...)
• Management of corporate tax matters (corporate income tax (IS) and other taxes)
• Management of payroll-related accounts (recording and checking payroll transactions, posting and reconciling social accounts)
• Preparation and formalization of monthly and annual closings: cut-off procedures, balance sheet account reconciliations
• Reconciliation, review and management of intra-group invoices
• Participation in monthly closing tasks (accrued expenses, accrued income, provisions, account adjustments)

• Design, deploy and oversee the automation and optimization of Finance processes
• Map existing processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, temporary staffing invoicing, collections, month-end closings)
• Identify operational pain points, risks, manual tasks and productivity improvement opportunities
• Define and manage an automation roadmap (RPA, AI, workflows, APIs, OCR, etc.)
• Implement automation and AI solutions
• Optimize month-end close processes (fast close) and shareholder reporting
• Automate recurring journal entries, bank reconciliations and controls
• Optimize and automate customer billing cycles
• Implement customer risk monitoring and control tools
• Ensure Finance data consistency across systems
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards
• Produce reliable, automated group reporting
