Account Manager

• Gérer un portefeuille de sites stratégiques (CHR) en IDF
• Développer le chiffre d’affaires et la part de marché sur votre portefeuille de comptes

• Travailler en transverse avec des équipes dédiées (fidélisation, conformité administrative, visites médicales, paie, facturation) afin de garantir la qualité de la prestation Gojob auprès de vos clients

Key Account Manager – Retail

• Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure successful onboarding of newly signed accounts
• Ensure business development at each site and maintain service quality
• Communicate relevant information to internal teams to guarantee delivery quality
• Travel regularly at regional/national level to maintain close client follow-up
• Identify candidates who meet client prerequisites with support from the staffing team
• Assess candidates through in-person or video interviews
• Support temporary workers throughout their assignments
• Develop sourcing plans with support from the Central Team and engage employment partners

• Répondre aux Gojobbers (l'essentiel de votre temps)
• Traiter une grande variété de demandes des Gojobbers en mission : questions de paie, contrats, planning, conditions de travail, démarches administratives, etc.
• Apporter une réponse claire, juste et bienveillante, en respectant les délais que nous nous fixons.
• Assurer le suivi des dossiers jusqu'à leur résolution.
• Coordonner quand c'est nécessaire avec les autres équipes (Staffing, KAM, pôle Engagement).
• Repérer les questions et irritants qui reviennent souvent dans les tickets
• Apprendre à utiliser nos outils d'automatisation (Make, workflows Freshdesk) pour traiter à la source ce qui peut l'être.
• Suivre les indicateurs du pôle Care via notre outil de données (OMNI) : satisfaction Gojobbers, délais de réponse, qualité du service.
• Proposer des améliorations de processus et contribuer à la mise à jour de notre base de connaissances (FAQ, modèles de réponse).

• Implement all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling start dates.
• Ensure the quality of candidates to achieve high fill rates, show rates, and retention.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Utilize company technology to maintain data accuracy in all recruitment actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Enhance the company’s image at community events through relationships with local organizations and community leaders.
• Impact the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering exceptional customer service experience.
