About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling start dates.
- Ensure the quality of candidates to achieve high fill rates, show rates, and retention.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Utilize company technology to maintain data accuracy in all recruitment actions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Enhance the company’s image at community events through relationships with local organizations and community leaders.
- Impact the Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering exceptional customer service experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
