About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure successful onboarding of newly signed accounts
- Ensure business development at each site and maintain service quality
- Communicate relevant information to internal teams to guarantee delivery quality
- Travel regularly at regional/national level to maintain close client follow-up
- Identify candidates who meet client prerequisites with support from the staffing team
- Assess candidates through in-person or video interviews
- Support temporary workers throughout their assignments
- Develop sourcing plans with support from the Central Team and engage employment partners
- Prepare temporary worker contracts before they start their assignments
Requirements
What you’ll need- A committed individual with proven commercial skills
- Interest in operational matters
- Belief that technological innovation is a key success factor for employment and recruitment
- Strong preference for fieldwork and client contact
- Willingness to spend approximately 60% of time traveling within the Lyon / Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes area
- Agile, organized, dynamic and a problem solver
