Drive AI Innovation: guide AI implementation for self-serve chatbots, Guide assist tools, and productivity solutions balancing automation with quality
Advocate for Customer Needs: collaborate with Care teams to identify challenges and develop solutions improving support and sales functions
Optimize Through Experimentation: define requirements, test hypotheses, and measure outcomes to enhance customer experience and business results
Align Cross-Functional Teams: communicate product vision across GoDaddy, build partnerships to secure resources and influence priorities
Stay Ahead of Trends: monitor AI, contact center technology, and customer support innovation to maintain competitive advantage
Manage and align teams across specialized areas (AI, Salesforce, CRM, Messaging/Telephony) toward Care business targets
Contribute to Care team supporting 5,000+ Guides, 1M+ monthly interactions, and $300M+ annual revenue
Requirements
10+ years in product management, with focus on digital/AI products
Proven success leading product maps for customer-facing features
Extensive experience in experimentation based on strong foundations
Proficiency in Agile methodologies
Excellent analytical abilities demonstrating data for decision-making
Passion for solving customer problems through technology and design
Contact center product development experience (messaging/telephony) (nice-to-have)
CRM systems experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) (nice-to-have)
Software engineering background (nice-to-have)
Experience with Generative AI technologies (nice-to-have)
Must live within commuting distance for hybrid role
Not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands
