About the role
- Own and drive the portfolio for data center power delivery and strengthen its roadmap
- Capture product requirements from datacenter customers and translate into product requirements documents
- Clearly articulate product value proposition and position products as industry leaders
- Evaluate competing offerings and develop collateral
- Engage with key customers, present technical features, translate into application benefits, and drive DWINs at top customers
- Act as product evangelist through presentations, webinars, and industry events; create white papers and case studies
- Work closely with product marketing, product development, end markets, and sales to define, execute and sell technologies
- Design for cost to ensure cost entitlement
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs
Requirements
- BSEE or another relevant technical degree
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Strong track record of technical contributions and leadership
- Deep subject matter expertise in the area of data center power delivery
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion
- Experience engaging with large global customers and technology partners
- Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Preferred: Experience working in a globally dispersed environment and thriving in a matrixed organizational structure
- Preferred: Advanced degree (MSEE or MBA)
