Financial Planning and Analysis

• Ensuring the correct posting of new purchase requisitions
• Assisting with the maintenance of the account assignment manual
• Fixed asset accounting with a focus on asset additions and disposals
• Accounts receivable accounting, including credit risk management and monitoring of outstanding receivables
• Inventory/material accounting, including support during physical inventory counts
• Reconciliation of payroll posting/accounts
• Assistance with reporting to third parties and external financial audits
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Review of VAT-related matters, including posting of non-monetary value transfers (e.g., free supplies)
• Maintaining the intercompany transaction register for transfer pricing documentation

• You will build the company’s Learning & Development function conceptually, structurally and operationally, and further develop it for the long term.
• You will work particularly closely with the Head of HR, and also with executive management, line managers and the works council.

• Qualification concepts for operational/industrial and administrative employees

• Support with purchase requests: You assist in handling basic procurement requests and support the team in ensuring an efficient and smooth purchasing process.
• Monitoring delivery dates: You help track delivery dates to ensure goods arrive on time and meet requirements.
• Assisting with order confirmation follow-up: Together with the team you follow up on order confirmations to ensure correct and complete documentation of deliveries.
• Data maintenance and documentation: You support the upkeep and updating of data in our systems.
