About the role
- Support with purchase requests: You assist in handling basic procurement requests and support the team in ensuring an efficient and smooth purchasing process.
- Monitoring delivery dates: You help track delivery dates to ensure goods arrive on time and meet requirements.
- Assisting with order confirmation follow-up: Together with the team you follow up on order confirmations to ensure correct and complete documentation of deliveries.
- Data maintenance and documentation: You support the upkeep and updating of data in our systems.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Economics, Law, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- You have good English skills.
- You demonstrate quick comprehension and the ability to work independently.
- Your organized and structured approach enables you to complete tasks efficiently and reliably.
- You are a committed team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and collaborates with others to find solutions.
- Your strong communication skills and team spirit contribute to positive collaboration.
