Develop seasonal site recruitment calendars and maintain comprehensive contact databases.
Track GOTR team site history to inform recruitment strategies and monitor site revenue history against budget goals.
Manage outreach pipelines and execute multi-touchpoint communication strategies.
Write, segment, and execute targeted email campaigns through Pinwheel and Outlook, including follow-up tracking and personalized outreach.
Lead site interest calls, present at PTA meetings and community events, and manage physical mailing campaigns.
Collaborate on recruitment packet updates and create post-season site recap materials to support site cultivation.
Engage volunteers in visiting teams and providing on-the-ground support as needed.
As a member of the Program Team, assist with program support and responding to inquiries during peak operational periods.
Requirements
Commitment to Girls on the Run mission and the ability to effectively communicate issues surrounding empowerment, self-esteem, body image and whole-person health.
Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of equivalent professional experience.
Database management and CRM system proficiency.
Relationship building and sales tracking.
Data analysis and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft suite and adept at learning new systems.
Access to reliable transportation.
Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
Experience with Girls on the Run or other similar youth programs preferred.
Willingness to travel throughout Oregon and SW Washington.
Familiarity with urban and rural education systems preferred.
