About the role

  • Masterfully managing an existing portfolio of clients and developing new clients to maximize both revenue and profits.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and driving revenue through telephone, email outbound sales and when required, face-to-face visits.
  • Become a master of Dynata products and services and how to customize these products for different business customer segments through a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and profit quotas and lead indicator performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in business development within Consulting, Private Equity, Banking and Market Research industries is a plus
  • Advertising, Media, Integrated data solutions, including digital and cross media ad effectiveness, creative testing and audience activation research is a plus.
  • Sales Hunter Mentality: Tenacious, driven, and proactive—someone with a true \"sales animal\" mindset.
  • High energy with a persistent attitude to overcome objections and challenges with resilience and confidence.
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of high activity and proactive outreach.
  • Strategic Thinker with Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of crafting tailored sales strategies to align with client needs and articulate Dynata's value proposition clearly.
  • Builds trust through excellent communication and offers data-driven insights and solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills that foster trust and credibility with clients.
  • Market Research Acumen: Ability to leverage market research insights to identify trends and opportunities, targeting clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with the data collection and research industry is preferred but not required for the right candidate willing to learn.
