Work in collaboration with the Corporate Events and Integrated Campaign Managers to support integrated campaigns and programs, corporate events and tradeshows, and special projects.
Set up and maintain all operational elements of marketing campaigns and programs; troubleshoot with vendors as necessary.
Adhere to work-back schedules for promotions and communications; review programs and project deliverables via intake briefs and scoping meetings.
Maintain and revise project work plans and calendars; handle day-to-day operational aspects using weekly team meetings to coordinate.
Update a unified view of the global marketing portfolio and maintain an integrated marketing calendar/roadmap.
Provide weekly status updates to program and project owners and executives; assist in building/updating decks for exec reviews.
Coordinate and participate in corporate event planning meetings; take notes and action items; send information and status reports.
Work directly or with 3rd parties to secure venues and coordinate event staffing, schedules, and hotels.
Prepare, pack and ship trade show and exposition materials; participate in post-show reporting and evaluation.
Work with marketing operations to ensure tracking requirements are in place; manage reporting cadence, analytics, lead flow, and program performance optimization.
Coordinate with finance, accounts payable, and legal for vendor onboarding, contract review, purchase orders, invoices, and budget reconciliation.
Requirements
BA/BS in marketing or business, or comparable education/experience.
5+ years relevant experience.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Organized, results driven; demonstrate track record of success in all key areas of responsibility.
Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and collaborative skills to work independently and in a team environment and manage projects with many moving parts.
Initiative-taking and ability to shift strategies and tactics when required.
Strong collaboration skills to interact with key stakeholders in the business groups, marketing, field and channel sales teams.
Strong project management skills and ability to produce results on time and within budget.
Fast learner; able to understand new technologies and changes to processes.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Workfront, Monday.com, 6sense, Folloze, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Ability to travel on occasion.
Resides within San Francisco Bay Area or Dallas, TX and is able to commute to the office.
