Seeking a Senior Manager, Business Product Lead to join Chief Marketing Office to drive global marketing teams through Marketing Automation.
Work closely with colleagues and cross-functional partners to improve planning, creating, and delivering marketing content.
Help shape and support tools and processes for collaboration and productivity including Adobe Workfront, custom tools, and AI integrations.
Define goals, track progress, and ensure systems meet marketing teams' needs.
Collaborate to shape product strategy and vision; consolidate and prioritize outcomes and requirements.
Implement product roadmap that streamlines creative, media, and CRM processes and collect meta-data for optimizing customer experiences.
Apply Product Management framework to manage Workfront roadmap; define OKRs and prioritize initiatives.
Align stakeholders, manage product roadmaps, track UAT feedback, advocate for product.
Support monthly product councils and quarterly business review meetings; prepare summaries and present roadmap updates.
Leverage platform and usage trends to recommend innovation; report on user engagement metrics and insights.
Foster collaborative environment and manage cross-functional alignment; demonstrate leadership and coaching.
Requirements
- BA/BS in business, engineering, computer science, or other related field.
6+ years of proven experience as a product manager or similar role, preferably in the marketing technology (MarTech) space.
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, specifically Adobe Workfront.
Experience as a Product Manager Lead with agile development methodologies.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization and navigate within a highly matrixed organization.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Experience with enterprise level applications from Proof of Concept to maintenance of mature environments
