About the role
- About the Job! Gentex Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Website Manager to manage the strategy, execution, and performance of our corporate websites and supporting digital platforms. This role requires both technical management skills and marketing-driven web expertise to drive growth, innovation, and user experience. You’ll be responsible for owning the website roadmap, managing system integrations, and identifying opportunities for platform integrations to personalize, optimize, and scale our digital presence. You will also coordinate cross-functional web initiatives, translating business needs into digital solutions while maintaining governance, usability, and security.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. 7–10 years of experience in web project management or product management roles for complex, multi-division brands. Proven experience managing CMS platforms with integrated marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, BigCommerce and analytics). Experience with project management and managing cross-functional initiatives. Experience incorporating AI/ML technologies into web applications preferred.
