About the role

  • The Instructional Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the internal learning landscape of MSX, driving the development and delivery of engaging, impactful educational experiences that empower employees to excel in their roles and support the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • This position is dedicated wholly to the curation, design, and deployment of internal learning opportunities aligned with MSX's learning priorities.
  • In parallel, the Instructional Designer is a key contributor to the implementation and integration of a new Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it becomes a cornerstone of MSX’s Learning & Development (L&D) strategy.
  • Key Responsibilities: Learning Needs Analysis; Program Design & Curriculum Development; Content Delivery & Facilitation; LMS Implementation & Optimization; Learning Experience Design; Stakeholder Engagement; Measurement & Continuous Improvement; Learning Resource Management; Compliance & Quality Assurance; Knowledge Sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience designing and delivering internal corporate learning programs, preferably within a dynamic, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory, curriculum development, and learning technology integration.
  • Proven experience with Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Proficient with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar, as well as digital collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse audiences and drive participation.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
  • Experience analyzing learning data and utilizing learning analytics to inform content design and delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach and stakeholder focus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and shifting organizational priorities.
