About the role
- Lead operational and strategic initiatives across the Early Career Programs Team
- Work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and project management focused on intern, track and co-op programs across the United States
- Partner with business leaders to define strategy, build roadmaps and execution plans
- Drive consistency across the internship experience throughout multiple US locations
- Ensure clear connection between strategy and functional operations to meet goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify process improvement opportunities and create solutions
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative methodologies to make decisions and recommendations to drive program improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and interns
- Help build and develop training for intern managers within assigned function(s)
- Build and design intern project plan deliverables
- Partner with stakeholders to create smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences for interns, Track Participants and Co-Op students
- Drive connectivity between experiences; build deeper connection to GM through events and initiatives
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of project management experience across multiple workstreams and functions
- 5+ years working with early career/ co-op / college / university programs
- Experience translating business challenges and questions into solutions
- Strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in designing and scaling detailed regular insights and updates out to a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience engaging directly with executive-level clients and stakeholders
- Preferred: Experience designing processes and experiences in an organization scaling for growth
- Preferred: Experience managing complex programs across multiple functions and locations
- Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, J-1)
