About the role
- Design and execute digital assets, including web designs, email campaigns, social media graphics, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, growth, web, social) to develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency
- Translate creative briefs into impactful designs that meet strategic objectives
- Stay informed on industry trends to keep creative output innovative and relevant
- Assist with art direction and support photo/video production efforts as needed
- Provide guidance and mentorship to freelance designers
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, with expertise in digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with web design tools like Figma and Sketch
- Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and balance
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality digital designs
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while managing deadlines
- Collaborative, optimistic spirit that thrives on feedback and continuous improvement
