About the role

  • Support prospective students by guiding them through the application and enrolment process
  • Drive enrolments by influencing beneficial customer decisions using sales experience and intuition
  • Contact leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy framework
  • Utilise CRM tools (HubSpot) to track, manage, and optimise the student enrolment journey
  • Provide a world-class customer experience by delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service
  • Collaborate with teams such as direct sales and student support to ensure smooth transitions for new students
  • Promote partner brand value propositions and clearly communicate the unique benefits of each Career Accelerator programme
  • Continuously improve by actively participating in training, upskilling, and special projects
  • Grow student numbers by encouraging referrals from existing and past students

Requirements

  • Demonstrable sales skills in high-value, consumer services or products (experience in the education sector is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of dedicated sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs
  • Exceptional communication skills via phone, video, and written formats
  • Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining accurate data entry and CRM records
  • Customer-first mindset to ensure outstanding prospective student experience
  • Proactive problem-solver with resilience and persistence to succeed in a target-driven role
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot)
