About the role
- Support prospective students by guiding them through the application and enrolment process
- Drive enrolments by influencing beneficial customer decisions using sales experience and intuition
- Contact leads via phone, email, and video within a structured contact strategy framework
- Utilise CRM tools (HubSpot) to track, manage, and optimise the student enrolment journey
- Provide a world-class customer experience by delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service
- Collaborate with teams such as direct sales and student support to ensure smooth transitions for new students
- Promote partner brand value propositions and clearly communicate the unique benefits of each Career Accelerator programme
- Continuously improve by actively participating in training, upskilling, and special projects
- Grow student numbers by encouraging referrals from existing and past students
Requirements
- Demonstrable sales skills in high-value, consumer services or products (experience in the education sector is a plus)
- At least 3 years of dedicated sales experience
- Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills via phone, video, and written formats
- Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining accurate data entry and CRM records
- Customer-first mindset to ensure outstanding prospective student experience
- Proactive problem-solver with resilience and persistence to succeed in a target-driven role
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot)
