• Own the strategy and rollout plan for financing programs delivered through external lenders/tax equity partners
• Identify and assess banks, specialty lenders, tax equity investors, and platform providers
• Define the program requirements we bring to partners and translate partner offerings into clear internal sellable programs
• Own unit economics and pricing recommendations in partnership with Finance
• Identify, analyze and execute strategic transactions to grow the residential business

Director, Financial Products

General

• Will be responsible for all material handling needs, primarily picking warehoused parts, and delivering to assembly areas to ensure efficient production.

Material Handler – Seasonal, 1st Shift

• Responsible for all material handling needs, primarily picking warehouse parts and delivering them to assembly areas to ensure efficient production

• May resolve problems with assistance from peers or supervisors depending on the level and complexity
• Follow defined procedures and practices
• Participate in 5S programs that are based on visual control to determine if an area is normal or abnormal
• If abnormal, fix the area immediately
• Complete forklift daily per procedure
• Good attendance is expected per policy

Material Handler – 2nd Shift

Technician

• Perform technical skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of generators.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of generators both during normal working hours and after-hours, weekends and holidays as directed.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance service and/or repairs of generators.
• Read and interpret operational manuals, electrical schematics, universal generator literature, and work orders to perform required maintenance and/or repairs.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report them and any other unusual situations to the service manager in a timely manner.
• Stay current on National Fire Protection Association and State regulations for Emergency Power Supply Systems.
• Create reports for all work performed in FieldServio.
• Communicate report findings through but not limited to phone calls, emails and in person communication.
• Conducting equipment commissioning for the industrial and MPS products.

Generator Technician II
