About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and inspire a regional sales team, providing coaching, training, and clear performance expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Set quarterly and annual targets, forecast performance, and ensure your team hits their numbers.
  • Join your team on key customer calls, helping advance opportunities and close deals.
  • Build strong customer and distributor relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track market trends, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Partner across departments to align strategy and deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage budgets, oversee deal execution, and ensure CRM tools are used effectively.
  • Travel within your region to stay close to your team and customers (frequent travel required).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years in sales leadership.
  • 10+ years of direct selling experience.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Master’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Experience working with distribution channels and end-user customers preferred.
  • Proven success in expanding client bases and building long-term partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy, performance management, and team motivation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on execution ability.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and enterprise tools (SAP, FieldServio a plus).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
