About the role
- Lead, support and grow a high-performing growth marketing team, ensuring individuals have the tools and resources needed to be successful
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing growth strategies across HCP, consumer, biopharma, and payor segments to drive adoption of testing solutions
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on HCP and segment marketing, translating audience insights into actionable strategies and tactics
- Define key value drivers, messaging and positioning to inform comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies to attract, convert and retain customers
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Product, Legal) to ensure compliant, innovative, and effective marketing execution
- Present unified audience strategies and plans to leadership, aligning marketing objectives with company goals and financial targets
- Establish KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous measurement, reporting, and optimization of campaigns and marketing mix
- Oversee budget development, resourcing plans, and financial tracking with high acumen
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing strategies
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to design and execute strategies that accelerate growth and deliver measurable impact
Requirements
- 13+ years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing with demonstrated success in HCP and audience-segmented marketing
- Proven track record of driving growth, adoption, and measurable ROI through integrated, omni-channel marketing strategies
- Exceptional leadership and presentation skills; proven ability to influence and engage senior executives, external partners, and field teams
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency in Monday.com
- Proficiency in Confluence
- Proficiency in SharePoint

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- People manager (role manages staff)
