Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products
- Background in working with data (data PM, data scientist, analyst, or equivalent)
- Impact-driven with a “business first” mentality
- Strong strategic mindset able to balance short- and long-term business needs
- Self-driven and comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus
- Passionate about great user experiences with a keen eye for details
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain product decision rationale
- Analytical and experienced in working with qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions
- Fast learner, adaptive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Advantage: Previous experience as an entrepreneur and/or reporting to senior leadership
- Advantage: Previous experience working with data scientists
- Advantage: Enjoy mentoring, supporting, and training others
