• Manage incoming EHR integration requests, review intake forms, and evaluate client readiness for implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the readiness phase; schedule and lead discovery calls to define integration scope, confirm system requirements, and gather supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to confirm client system configurations, document dependencies in Jira, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
• Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Strategic Account Directors, CSMs, Analysts, EIT) to ensure project scope, requirements, and deliverables are clear and agreed upon.
• Deliver a complete, validated readiness package to the execution team, ensuring no gaps in requirements, technical specifications, or timelines.
• Identify opportunities to enhance intake, readiness, and workflow planning processes for future EHR integrations.
