Manage incoming EHR integration requests, review intake forms, and evaluate client readiness for implementation.
Act as the primary point of contact during the readiness phase; schedule and lead discovery calls to define integration scope, confirm system requirements, and gather supporting documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to confirm client system configurations, document dependencies in Jira, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Strategic Account Directors, CSMs, Analysts, EIT) to ensure project scope, requirements, and deliverables are clear and agreed upon.
Deliver a complete, validated readiness package to the execution team, ensuring no gaps in requirements, technical specifications, or timelines.
Identify opportunities to enhance intake, readiness, and workflow planning processes for future EHR integrations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on EHR solutions and project delivery
Extensive experience in healthcare IT, with a strong background in EHR Integrations and process improvements
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
