- Influence people and culture throughout the entire employee life cycle.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience working as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS or other type of technology company.
- Experience supporting the Tech and/or Product focused teams within a company.
- Strong EQ, capable and accountable to quickly establish credibility and influence management and resolve conflicts.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify solutions across the organization.
- Work with centers of excellence across HR, Finance, etc.
- Sound judgment, leveraging business insights partnered with a human-centric approach.
- Proven experience as an HRBP with broad relational experience in employee situations.
- An understanding of and comfort leveraging HRM data for business insights.
- Proficient with HRM tools such as UKG, CultureAmp, Ashby, and Charthop.
- Openness to leveraging/adopting AI tools for efficiency in advising and decision-making.
- Acute listening skills and adaptable communication style.
