Serve as the senior client liaison, understanding business objectives, brand vision, and marketing goals, while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact.
Translate client needs into actionable creative briefs, providing guidance and thought leadership to internal teams and clients.
Lead the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns — spanning production, design, social and digital — ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Align all projects under a clear program roadmap that reflects the client’s priorities.
Identify interdependencies between campaigns and ensure smooth coordination.
Lead program-level updates, status meetings, and reporting.
Anticipate client needs, proactively managing risks and opportunities.
Maintain oversight of timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
Monitor program budgets and resource allocation across all workstreams.
Implement effective governance, reporting, and program management practices.
Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Ensure all outputs consistently reflect the client’s brand and strategic objectives.
Partner with internal teams including producers, creatives, designers, and social strategists to brainstorm, conceptualize, and deliver compelling, innovative content.
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing account and contribute to new business development and pitch initiatives.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, platforms, and best practices in creative, digital, and social media to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
8+ years in agency account management or client leadership roles, ideally with experience leading creative campaigns.
Proven track record in client servicing, strategic planning, and delivering complex multi-platform campaigns.
Proven experience in program or senior project management within a creative, marketing, or communications agency.
Track record of managing a large, complex client account with multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients and internal teams.
Experience managing large budgets, timelines, and multi-disciplinary creative teams.
Deep understanding of creative, digital, social media, and production workflows.
Ability to balance creativity with business outcomes, driving client satisfaction and growth.
Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Experience working with Ministries and governmental entities is desirable, though not essential.
