• Ensure that E2D processes are clearly represented, effectively applied and continuously improved across the division
• Support change initiatives and help ensure that new solutions deliver value in practice
• Collaborate closely with Template Tower, Data Tower and Workstream Leads
• Provide input on divisional data requirements and data quality
• Coordinate and support the local key user community, including communication around testing and local involvement
• Contribute to the creation, validation and execution of test cases, including testing of solutions and SAP release upgrades
• Facilitate the localisation of training and test materials, deliver trainings, and enable local ownership among key and end users.

Compliance

• Plan, prepare, and conduct Compliance Spot Checks in GEA subsidiaries worldwide according to the defined audit plan
• Perform sample-based reviews of processes, transactions, and documentation to assess compliance with laws, regulations, and internal guidelines
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance measures
• Identify, document, and assess compliance risks, control weaknesses, and deviations
• Prepare clear, structured reports with findings and actionable recommendations
• Communicate results professionally to local management and relevant stakeholders

Compliance Officer, Controls & Investigations

Sales Engineer

• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide process support, expertise, and guidance to for new and existing installations
• Study customer needs, pain points and business challenges and create a customized sales proposal to present a customer value added proposition by following up with customers from award of purchase order to delivery of machines

• Dedicate significant focus (60% of time) to strategic customers and Key Accounts to ensure they receive tailored support and proactive partnership.
• Nurture and grow customer relationships, ensuring existing customers feel supported and valued.
• Expand the customer base through regular visits, lead follow‑up, campaigns, and promotions.
