About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required
- Technical school certification in refrigeration or similar field is preferred
- ANSI / IIAR-6 certification required or must be able to obtain within 1 year
- RETA CIRO Certification is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial refrigeration
- Capable of reading P&IDs and electrical schematics
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Knowledge of major components pertaining to refrigeration systems
- Advanced knowledge of screw and piston type compressors
- Advanced working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and control schemes
- Ability to act as a trainer/mentor to junior technicians
- Ability to travel 90% of the time
