Leverage expertise in Sales and Account Management to develop strategic plans for growing Key Accounts
Manage all senior relationships for identifying and supporting sales opportunities in the North America (Canada & US) – West
Establish trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts
Develop Account Plans and execute commercial strategy for sales of Grid Automation product lines
Collaborate with other GE Vernova account managers to ensure a “one GE Vernova" engagement policy
Provide leadership and support to the Commercial Team for closing large sales opportunities
Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales
Drive identification, prospecting, creation and closure of sales opportunities
Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing, and competition to product line marketing
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (STEM)
Minimum of 10 years of direct sales, account, or team leadership experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical / utility industry sales
Minimum of 5 years experience account management
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
